Datenschutzerklärung

Stand: 20.

1. Verantwortlich

Babak Armani, Belpbergstrasse 26B, 3110 Münsingen, Schweiz
E-Mail: supportnow_einbuergerly@pm.me

Privacy policy

As of 20 October 2026

In short: Einbürgerly collects no personal data. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics tools. Your learning data stays on your device.

1. Controller

Babak Armani, Belpbergstrasse 26B, 3110 Münsingen, Switzerland
Email: supportnow_einbuergerly@pm.me

This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What the app stores

The app stores only on your device: the canton, commune, test language and learning language you chose, your answers to practice questions with their review schedule, and your exam simulations. This data is not sent to us or to anyone else. We have no access to it.

If you use device backups (iCloud Backup or a backup on a computer), this data is included in them, as with other apps. Apple's or your computer's terms apply to those backups.

3. No network connections, no tracking

The app contains all learning content and does not connect to the internet by itself; only for the in-app purchase (section 5) does iOS talk to the App Store. It contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking software, and no third-party software that collects data. There is no user account.

4. Links to official websites

When you tap a source or an authority in the app, the website opens in your browser. That website's privacy policy applies.

5. Data processed by Apple

When you download the app from the App Store, Apple processes data under its own terms. If you agreed in iOS Settings to share app analytics with developers, Apple gives us aggregated statistics and crash reports that cannot be traced back to you. We use them only to fix errors.

You buy the full version through Apple. Apple handles the payment; we receive neither your name nor your payment details, only aggregated sales figures. On your device the app only remembers whether the full version is unlocked.

6. When you write to us

If you contact us by email, we use your address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that.

7. Deleting your data

In the app under Info → Settings → "Delete learning status", or by deleting the app. This removes all of the app's data from the device (except older device backups).

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. As we store no data about you, this usually concerns only emails you sent us. Write to the address above. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Changes

If the app changes how it handles data (for example, if it can download new content from the internet), we will update this policy beforehand and point it out in the app.
